Card
1. Masking "B Is for Birthday," stamp happy block image in Old Olive ink on Old Olive card (6" x 6-1/2"). Repeat twice.
2. Adhere designer series paper (1-1/4" x 2") to card. 
3. Apply ink to "Birthday" and border with Old Olive marker and stamp on Very Vanilla card stock.
4. Masking "Birthday" and border, stamp "B Is for" in Bashful Blue ink on Very Vanilla card stock.
5. Tie linen thread to button and adhere to Very Vanilla card stock.
6. Trim Very Vanilla card stock closely and adhere to card with Stampin' Dimensionals. 

Envelope
7. Apply ink to "Birthday" with Old Olive marker and stamp on Old Olive card stock (3" x 3/4"). Adhere to envelope.
8. Adhere designer series paper (3" x 1/2") to envelope.
9. Tie ribbon to envelope. Trim ends.
