Instructions

Stamp heart images repeatedly in Bashful Blue ink on Bashful Blue page.
Stamp "The best is yet to be" in Bashful Blue ink on page.
Curl corners of Old Olive card stock, and adhere to page.
Punch out 1/8" circles along edge of 4" x 3-7/8" Confetti White card stock. Tear from each hole to edge of card stock. Distress. Adhere to page.
Adhere photo to page.
Add journaling using Basic Black Stampin' Write journaler.
Colour heart from On Board Accents with Real Red Craft Stampin' Pad using direct-to-paper technique. Cut heart. Adhere to page.
Apply Basic Black ink to "Love" from "I love you more today than yesterday" stamp with marker. Stamp on Confetti White tab from Pockets & Pieces.
Apply Basic Black ink to heart image from heart flower stamp with marker. Stamp on tab.
Watercolour tab with Real Red Classic Stampin' Pad. Staple, and adhere to page.
Stamp "Friends" in Jet Black StazOn ink on 3-1/4" x 1-1/2" Confetti White card stock. Watercolour with Bashful Blue, More Mustard, Old Olive, and Real Red ink.
Cut window sheet to 3-1/4" x 1-1/2". Place on top of 3-1/4" x 1-1/2" Confetti White card stock. Punch out 1/8" circle. Tie ribbon through hole. Adhere to page.
