Paper Pumpkin Website Update

Signing up for Paper Pumpkin is about to become easier than ever! Beginning next week, we are streamlining our subscription and account management pages in an effort to make it as simple as possible for you to skip to the fun!

Look for an improved experience as you manage your personal, payment, and subscription information; you’ll also be able to sign up, set your password, see your monthly cost, and apply/remove pre-paid or promo codes on the home page. Is there more? Yes! All of these changes will be mobile friendly. Look for an onscreen walkthrough—coming soon!

Please note: Part of the Paper Pumpkin website update will include clearing the system on May 1 of any accounts with incomplete account set-up information. If you don’t have time to complete your information before that time, don’t worry. Your email address will be removed from the system and you can always go back and start the process over with the same (or another) email address.     I sent an email thru your website that I wanted to suspend my Paper Pumpkin for a couple months because I was having hand surgery so will be unable to do card making for awhile. I just got a notice that my next kit is on its way. How do I stop these shipments?

    Received my May Paper Pumpkin kit today. I was really hoping for some of the beautiful card kits you had in 2016. Most of the them were great and I was sorry I missed. I joined in October 2016 and since them the cards/kits have not been beautiful. Please go back to the gorgeous cards you had then. Thank you.
