IT BUSINESS ANALYST
Work with management to analyze, design, implement, and/or support business applications and systems. Develop detailed, functional system and program specifications. Implement and maintain software solutions as required.

COMMUNICATION & TRAINING COORDINATOR
Be the key contact to receive and disseminate information from around the company to Contact Center agents in all markets in a way that puts the agents in a position to be accurate, consistent, and successful in their day to day job functions. This individual will also assess DS training and communication needs and provide ongoing agent training as well as new hire training. They will handle calls/emails/chats, and assist with other tasks as assigned by the Manager.

ACCOUNTING MANAGER
Responsible for managing the ongoing activities involved with the operation of the general ledger and cost accounting, applying complex knowledge of accounting principles to maintain the financial integrity of the company.

DEMONSTRATOR SUPPORT MANAGER
Ensure department vision and goals are met as a contributor on the Demonstrator Support management team. Manage all activities associated with Contact Center operations, including developing policies and procedures on systems and the flow of information. Establish and implement performance standards and ensure quality service standards are met. Provide direction and support to supervisors who supervise demonstrator support agents. Work closely with division leaders to ensure team and company objectives are met. Ensure agents receive timely and accurate information.
