Stampin' Up! Catalog Goes Online
SALT LAKE CITY (November 1, 2005) - For the first time ever, Stampin' Up!®, a Utah-based, decorative rubber stamp manufacturer, is offering its 256-page Idea Book & Catalog in electronic format. Beginning November 1, Stampin' Up! customers may enjoy the convenience and cost savings of viewing Stampin' Up! products without purchasing the paper catalog, priced at $9.95 US. The US, Canadian English, and Canadian French catalogs will be available at www.stampinup.com. Mini catalogs will be available online as they are released throughout the year. The Idea Book &Catalog is released annually in July. The Spring, Summer, Holiday, and Winter Mini Catalogs are released in March, June, September, and December respectively.
All online catalogs are presented in full color. They may be viewed either in HTML format or in Macromedia® Flash®. Macromedia Flash is provided free on the Internet and offers page-turning capability similar to a paper catalog. Customers also have the ability to bookmark selected pages, circle products and add notes, and may save these notations before exiting the site.
Stampin' Up! is a direct-sales company that sells its products through independent consultants called "demonstrators." In addition to viewing online catalogs at www.stampinup.com, customers can access them by visiting a demonstrator's business Web site. Presently, products will continue to be sold through independent demonstrators and will not be available for purchase online. To contact a demonstrator in your area, visit www.stampinup.com or call 1-800 STAMP UP.
