Job Summary
Works closely with Facilities Services Supervisor and Housekeeping Supervisor in overseeing and working with Facilities Services employees.
Essential Job Functions
Essential Job Functions: 1. Assist in supervising and work closely with housekeeping staff to provide ongoing training and direction to maintain cleanliness of the Riverton facility. Answer questions and serve as a resource to share expertise with employees. 2. Oversee and assist Facilities Services Worker and Housekeepers as needed, setting up work assignments at the beginning of each shift; effectively organizing and prioritizing tasks to be accomplished. 3. Track inventory; order cleaning and restroom supplies as needed. 4. Maintain and update the company's yearbook. 5. Communicate with different vendors when supervisors are not available and follow up with projects assigned by the Facilities Services Supervisors. 6. Help supervisors track employees' PTO, tardiness, and absences and send punch reports to payroll when supervisors are not available. 7. Perform miscellaneous clerical and administrative support, including coding invoices and tracking expenses for the Facilities department. 8. Organize cubicle keys. 9. Order supplies for new employees as requested by hiring manager. Provide temporary name plate and order new name plate insert. 10. Assist in making security badges for new employees as well as replacing lost or broken badges for current employees, and assigning employee numbers for new employees. Ensure that former employees badges have been deactivated. 11. Act as a liaison between the Facilities department and other departments within the company to correct all reported facilities and equipment issues. 12. Fill in for other Facilities Services employees when absent. 13. Use company vehicle as needed for company business, abiding by the Department of Transportation requirements and adhering to safe driving standards. 14. Responsible for supervising the employee store, including keeping the store orderly and organized, and keeping accurate records of employee purchases.
Requirements
1. High school graduate or equivalent. 2. Demonstrated leadership abilities and ability to direct a diverse work force. 3. Must be able to deliver constructive feedback in a positive, direct manner. 4. Must have Spanish and English language skills. 5. Must have computer skills including experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. 6. Must be detail oriented, have good organizational skills, and ability to learn any systems or procedures quickly. 7. Must have ability to constantly bend, stoop, and stretch, as well as stand and walk for prolonged periods. Have physical stamina with the ability to bend, climb, push and lift up to 50 pounds regularly and 75 pounds occasionally. 8. Must be able to understand and follow written and oral instructions, follow directions, and meet productivity standards. 9. Flexibility to work swing shift as needed.
