Job Summary
Strategic management of the specified product line. Accountability includes, but is not limited to, the complete product development process, product line management from cradle to grave (financial projections, forecasting, pricing, and end-of-life strategy), effective marketing plans, and communications. 

Essential Job Functions
1. Global ownership of product strategy and results for supported products (roadmap, definition, lifecycle, pricing, ROI analysis, etc.).
2. Work with Director and overall product management team to establish product development and management processes, procedures, and documentation.
3. Manage the development of specified products from concept to end-of-life.
4. Generate and execute ideas for future product innovations and new product lines.
5. Establish strong partnership with cross-functional departments including product design, concept art, publications, training, inventory, finance, logistics, etc.
6. Ensure appropriate product exposure at events and/or trainings including Stampin' Up! convention, regionals, external tradeshows, publications, and web sites.
7. Actively monitor online communities and Stampin' Up! public files for competitive industry trends and consumer insights.
8. Ensure product lines are properly represented in catalogs, publications, marketing campaigns, product launches, and packaging, which will include the writing and presentation of catalog lists, catalog proofing, product requirements documents, and/or creative briefs.
9. Communicate with departments to provide product and strategy information.
10. Manage timelines and resources effectively and measure results.
11. Disseminate competitive and demonstrator intelligence to necessary stakeholders.
12. Provide product performance, inventory, and other reports for business analysis to Director and VP Sales & Marketing as required.
13. Collaborate with various operational groups and monitor product performance, inventory, backorders, and other related issues.
14. Manage relationship with creative services and/or outside agencies.
15. Initiate market research projects and results analysis with research team.
16. Work with various channels in creating and executing marketing communications.
17. Assist in annual budgeting process and strategic planning.
18. Work with external partners and vendors as required.

Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 7 years product management experience.
3. International business and/or marketing experience a plus.
4. Strong project management skills; detail-oriented, has ability to multi-task, follow through, and work within time and budget constraints.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other office applications.
7. An innovative, proactive team player who maintains consistently high productivity and effective working relationships with vendors and departments within the company.
8. Strong leadership skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
9. Strong analytical skills.
10. Strong understanding of project management and proven ability to execute the product lifecycle process.
