Essential Job Functions
1. Design, develop, and support new and existing applications in ASP.Net 2.0.
2. Give input and make recommendations for improvements on web solutions as needed.
3. Create documentation as necessary for software applications.
4. Work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
5. Communicate with groups within IT on technical issues.
6. Mentor less experienced developers.

Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in computer science or information systems preferred, or related field.
2. Three to five years programming experience.
3. Experience with ASP.NET 2.0 and Visual Studio 2005.
4. Experience in HTML, XML, AJAX, AJAXToolkit, CSS, Javascript, VBScript and presentation layer concepts.
5. UI Design skills.
6. Some familiarity with TSQL (SQL Server 2005).
7. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
8. Experience working within an SDLC environment.
9. Experience using and applying object-oriented architecture.
10. Experience in building high demand, high traffic applications on the web.
11. Optimization skills in performance and scalability of high traffic applications.
12. Able to organize and have good time management skills.
13. E-Commerce and marketing experience a plus.
