Essential Job Functions
1. Work with project lead, users, and business systems analyst to define and develop system requirements. Create documentation necessary to support systems development methodology.
2. Interpret requirements to design and create system specifications and technical documentation.
3. Work from specifications to design and develop new software programming applications for use within the company and on the corporate web site to provide users with the tools they need to do their jobs more efficiently.
4. Develop and execute software tests based on requirements, design and user documents, and knowledge of the specific software application.
5. Support and maintain existing software applications to allow the current application environment to continue to function appropriately.
6. Develop SQL stored procedures and triggers.
7. Develop reports for internal use to include Transactional Reports and OLAP Reports.

Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
2. Excellent SQL / T-SQL skills.
3. Experience with Crystal Reports, Microsoft Reporting Services, or similar reporting tools.
4. Four to six years experience with multiple programming languages.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Experience working in a structured Systems Development Lifecycle environment.
7. Financial knowledge, OO Analysis/design experience, C# experience, and experience with ASP.Net, XML, Visual Studio.Net Microsoft SQL Server.
8. Ability to keep current with new technology as it is developed.
9. Knowledge of OLAP data structures.
10. Results-oriented ability to respond to a rapidly changing business environment, ability to maintain a focus on business value, and ability to work equally well independently or in a team-oriented environment.
11. Ability to mentor other team members on object technology and advanced programming topics.
