Essential Job Functions
1. Maintain pick line inventory levels for order fulfillment as directed by RF replenishment system in Swiftpic.
2. Quickly stock pick line locations with inventory.
3. Collect cardboard boxes from pick lines, receiving, and other warehouse locations. Load and safely operate crushing equipment. Transport completed bales to designated area.
4. Sort incoming shipments of merchandise from manufacturing plant and outside vendors.
5. Re-package products from outside vendors into appropriate quantities for pick line ready storage, counting or weighing product to ensure accurate number of items are available for order fulfillment.
6. Look up inventory in the inventory locator system using RF gun. Consolidate new inventory with current inventory using FIFO.
7. Maintain a clean, safe work environment, sweeping floor, removing debris, picking up pallets, etc.
8. Operate forklifts, stand-up lifts, and other warehouse equipment including changing and watering batteries while maintaining safety standards at all times.

Requirements
1. Must be able to stand for prolonged periods.
2. Must be able to bend, climb, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly and 75 pounds occasionally, using appropriate lifting techniques and tools.
3. Ability to count, read, write, and speak English.
4. Ability to perform basic data entry into a computer.
5. Attention to detail and ability to recognize and correct errors.
6. Ability to take instruction, follow directions, and meet productivity standards.
7. Must be certified to operate a forklift, stand-up lift machines, and other warehouse equipment.
8. Needs to adhere to workplace safety standards in all aspects of the job.
9. Must contribute to a team-working environment.
