CIGNA HEALTHCARE WELLNESS EXPERIENCE PROGRAM

We are excited to offer the Cigna Wellness Experience program to eligible employees and their spouses! This program is designed to help you take simple steps to improve your overall health and earn rewards while doing so! The below information provides a general outline of the Wellness Experience program requirements. You can find more information and step-by-step instructions on how to get started, in the resources section below.

SIGNING UP:

• Step 1: Register or sign in to myCigna.com and go to the Wellness tab.
• Step 2: Connect a device or app to easily get credit for your wellness activities.
• Step 3: Setup your profile, add some friends, and set your interests to get personalized daily tips.
• Step 4: Download the myCigna app to access your account and track your activity, anywhere, anytime.

EARNING POINTS:

• Points accrue based on the activities you participate in. You can find a list of all activities through your myCigna Wellness Experience account.
• It is important to note that you MUST access the Wellness Experience through myCigna.com or the myCigna app or you will not earn points.
• Through your connected device or app, you can get credit for steps, nutrition and sleep. You will need to sign in to the Wellness Experience at least once a week to make sure this data syncs and counts towards your activity goals.

REWARDS:

• Employees and covered spouses can earn up to $300 each ($600 total for an employee and spouse) in wellness rewards. Be sure to complete all wellness activities by November 30th each year to receive your reward. Contributions are paid in January to your HSA or FSA, based on points earned by the November 30th cutoff.
• There are four reward levels based on earned points, as shown below:

• Rewards accumulate as you reach different levels. For example, when you reach level 2 (25,000 points) you will have earned $100 in rewards ($40+$60). You will need to earn 60,000 points in 2025 to earn the full $300

What if I Have a Medical Condition?

Cigna’s Wellness Experience program is designed to help you live the healthiest life possible. If you think you might be unable to meet a standard for a reward under this wellness experience, you might qualify for an opportunity to earn the same reward by different means. Who Will See My Personal Information?

Your information—including personal health information—will be provided to and kept confidential by Cigna. Cigna will only disclose your personal health information to third parties as permitted or required by law. Your name and point levels will be shared with Stampin’ Up! for wellness rewards purposes.

VASA Fitness Business Membership Program

Been wanting to hit the gym, but you’re not sure where to go? Employees can now take advantage of the VASA Fitness Business Membership program with a discounted, month-to-month gym membership rate. The discounted rate is $20.40/month (including tax) and is deducted directly from your paycheck on the second check of each month. This membership includes access to all clubs, amenities, and group fitness classes.

To enroll, reach out to Natalie Hendrickson in HR for the promo code to sign up. Once you have the promo code, click here and enter the promo code you were given where it says 'Have a Promotional Code'. Once enrolled, you will receive a welcome email from VASA with instructions on downloading the VASA app. Use the app to scan in at the gym and sign the VASA membership waiver. Employees will also be required to sign our company's VASA fitness agreement.

If you already have a personal membership with VASA, contact businessmemberships@vasafitness.com. VASA will cancel it with no cancellation fee, and you can enroll in the business membership immediately.

Feel free to add any of the following options to your membership by emailing businessmemberships@vasafitness.com. These will be billed to you personally and will not be deducted from your paycheck.

• STUDIO Membership Upgrade: Adds unlimited STUDIO RED High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and STUDIO FLOW infrared yoga classes to Fitness Membership for $15.99/month.
• KidCare Monthly Option: Allows 90 minutes per child/per day for $25 per child/per month.
• Personal Training Packages: Multiple packages are available, and the price varies.

Cancel your membership at any time by emailing benefits@stampinup.com. Upon termination of employment or membership cancelation, you will have gym access through the last day of the following month.
