Tuition Assistance

Through our Tuition Assistance program, we are dedicated to the educational advancement of our employees. This benefit is provided based on the following criteria:

  • An employee must have been employed full‑time (regular work schedule of at least thirty hours per week) for at least six months when coursework begins.
    • A part‑time employee (regular work schedule of between twenty and thirty hours per week) must have been employed at least one year when coursework begins.
  • At the beginning of coursework, an employee must obtain preapproval from their supervisor.
    • Preapproval requires that an employee must not have received a written warning within the previous 60 days.
  • The employee must maintain satisfactory job performance throughout and obtain final approval from their supervisor when coursework ends before tuition reimbursement will be paid.
  • Coursework or degree pursued must have relevance to the employee’s current position or advancement within the company.
  • Educational institution must be an accredited college, university, or approved community education or language skills program providing degree‑related or business‑relevant coursework.
  • Language certification must come from a preapproved language skills center.
